Hunter Biden hat gerade vor dem Gericht erklärt, er sei arbeitslos und habe 2019 kein Einkommen, dafür aber sehr viele Schulden.

50.000$/Monat kann man auch sehr schnell verbraten.

Fox News' Judge Napolitano outlines likely articles of impeachment against Trump
Judge Andrew Napolitano, Fox News' senior judicial analyst, said on The Reason Interview with Nick Gillespie that he believes the House Intelligence Committee unearthed evidence to justify "about three or four" articles of impeachment against President Trump.

Napolitano said House Democrats have evidence to impeach the president for bribery, election law violation, obstruction of justice and witness interference. He added that they may also have evidence that Trump lied under oath in written answers to former special counsel Robert Mueller about his conversations with Roger Stone regarding WikiLeaks.

Very funny...

Houston, we have a problem...

North Dakota company gets $400M border wall contract after support from Trump
A North Dakota company received a $400 million border wall contract after President Trump advocated for the firm.

Fisher Sand and Gravel Co. will build 31 miles of border barrier along the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Ariz., according to a Defense Department statement. The deadline for its completion is Dec. 30, 2020.

The president has pushed for the North Dakota firm to win the contract from the Army Corps of Engineers but had been told Fisher’s bids did not match the required standards, according to the Washington Post.

Trump was embarrassed on the first day of the NATO summit, and it shows no one is bothering to take him seriously anymore
President Donald Trump entered the NATO summit triumphant, claiming credit for large structural changes in the alliance's defense spending.

But his first day turned out to encompass one embarrassment after another, with multiple world leaders openly sparring with him and appearing to mock him behind his back — suggesting that nobody is bothering to take him seriously anymore. ...

Trump appeared to be roundly mocked by world leaders and royalty behind his back. Though he did not mention Trump by name, Trudeau was recorded on video poking fun at what seemed to be Trump's impromptu 40-minute press conference, prompting laughter from a group that included Macron, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, and Princess Anne. ...

Garry Kasparov: I lived in the post-truth Soviet world and I hear its echoes in Trump's America
The totalitarian Soviet Union where I grew up tried to dominate the truth, to distort it and control it. Reality was whatever the Party put out on the nightly news, or in the official newspapers, Pravda, which means "Truth" and Izvestia, which means "News." ...

I have lived through several world-changing upheavals. I'm a post-Soviet citizen; the country of my birth ceased to exist in 1991. We enjoyed less than a decade of tenuous freedom in Russia before Vladimir Putin launched its post-democratic phase. My ongoing attempts to fight that tragedy led to my exile in the United States. Now my new home finds itself locked in its own perilous battle -- a battle to avoid becoming the latest member of the post-truth world.

President Donald Trump and his Republican defenders in Congress have followed his lead in declaring war on observed reality. Critical reports are "fake news," journalists reporting the facts are "enemies of the people," a phrase from Vladimir Lenin's, debunked conspiracy theories is repeated, and public servants testifying under oath about documented events are dismissed as Never Trumpers.
Unable to change the facts, Trump and his supporters instead try to shift the debate into an alternate universe where the truth is whatever they say it is today. Trump repeats the same lies over and over, and it's hard to say which is more troubling -- that his followers don't realize that they are lies or that they don't care. Globalization and the internet may have made the world smaller, but now we're experiencing a counterattack, the regionalization of truth. ...

The end of Trump's manufacturing renaissance
The manufacturing industry got a huge boost from President Trump's election, seeing a groundswell of job gains during his first year in office. But the trade war with China has undone that progress: Jobs in the sector have stalled out and turned negative in 2019.

Why it matters: Reviving American manufacturing was a central tenet of Trump's 2016 campaign, and the industry's retrenchment shows how another Trump constituency is being punished as a result of his trade war. (The nation's farmers are also struggling mightily.)

By the numbers: In Trump’s first 30 months as president, manufacturers added 499,000 jobs, some 314,000 more than were added in President Obama's last 30 months on the job — a 170% increase.

That seemed to put Trump in position to fulfill a central campaign promise to "bring back" manufacturing jobs in the U.S. — jobs that Obama said would never return.

Yes, but: That progress has evaporated this year. Manufacturing employment has slowed, and in October employers cut jobs in the sector by the highest number in a decade.

October's purge was blamed largely on striking auto workers, but it followed a clear trend in the industry.
Over the last six months, manufacturing has lost a net 23,000 jobs, and average hours worked has fallen to its lowest level in eight years, according to BLS data.
The number of people employed in the sector also remains well below where it was in 2008.

Jobs growth soars in November as payrolls surge by 266,000
The end of the GM strike had a big effect, boosting employment in motor vehicles and parts by 41,300, part of an overall 54,000 gain in manufacturing.

That dynamic indeed boosted employment in motor vehicles and parts by 41,300, part of an overall 54,000 gain in manufacturing. The vehicles and parts sector had fallen by 42,800 in October.

Trump still uses his personal cell phone despite warnings and increased call scrutiny
President Donald Trump has continued to use his personal cell phone to make calls, despite repeated warnings from his staff that the practice could leave him vulnerable to foreign surveillance, multiple officials told CNN.

The Democratic impeachment inquiry has resurrected concerns about the security and potential vulnerability of the President's communications. Witness testimony revealed some top officials repeatedly failed to follow protocol intended to prevent sensitive phone conversations, including those involving the President, from being intercepted by foreign intelligence services.

Meanwhile on more important matters of the world and in American politics:
Trump complains low-flow toilets are flush with problems
Trump said Friday that his administration is looking into relaxing water-saving regulations for toilets, sinks and showers, saying consumers end up using even more water by flushing multiple times and trying to get clean with low water streams.

“People are flushing toilets 10 times, 15 times as opposed to once. They end up using more water,″ Trump said while talking with business owners about what he said are ’’common sense″ steps to end overregulation. “The EPA is looking at that very strongly at my suggestion.″...
